Dr. Scott Nagy was born in Elyria and graduated from Elyria Catholic High School in 1985 then attended Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. Being a Buckeye to the core, Dr. Nagy attended OSU for both undergraduate and dental schools.  He then practiced in Columbus for nearly two years before returning home to Elyria to establish his current practice. 

While still in dental school, Dr. Nagy gained experience and expertise by working as a dental hygienist in the night dental clinic at Children's Hospital as well as several other dental offices. These experiences and training have contributed to Dr. Nagy's solid professional philosophy of high standards and excellent treatment. 

Recently, Dr. Nagy founded the National School of Dental Assisting in answer to the increasing demand for competent assistants.

Dr. Nagy and his wife, Kathy have two school aged children, Gregory and Danielle. Gregory goes to Elyria Catholic and Danielle attends St Judes in Elyria.
