 I am Jodi, the Team Leader for the practice of Dr. Scott Nagy and I am prepared to make your visit as comfortable and smooth as possible.
I am well informed and can answer many of your questions about scheduling and your treatment. We will discuss together the options most suitable for you, your expectations and the dental fees involved in your treatment. I have been involved in dentistry for over 26 years.
My husband and I reside in Amherst. Our son and his wife are pastors and we have two beautiful granddaughters. |

 I am Heather Z. and I have been with the practice since August 2009. I'm the expeditor of the office. I assist in the clinical area as well as working in the front office. I am here to help and comfort the patient in any way that I can. Working and interacting with the patients is such a joy to me.
Another joy is that I'm expecting a baby girl in May 2010. |

 My name is Kesia and I am Dr. Nagy's dental assistant. I have been in the dental field for 8 years of which the last 2 1/2 have been as Dr. Nagy's main assistant.
My position allows me to assist in all areas of dental care from general dentistry to extensive restorative treatment. I always inform patients of the care they are going to receive to insure patient comfort and reduce anxiety. I enjoy my position here with Dr. Nagy very much.
I have been married for 18 years and have two wonderful boys. |

 I am Heather S. and I have been serving the practice of Dr. Scott Nagy as business manager since September of 2009. Some of my responsibilities include overseeing and assisting patients with the coordination of insurance as well as billing and collecting processes. I am also the director of our dental assisting school--National School of Dental Assisting-Erie Coast. Additionally, I am the go-to-girl for the practice's marketing efforts. I truly enjoy my job and the great team that works alongside of me.
