Patient Referral Contests – We love our patients and appreciate your referrals! We are proud to offer a top of the line referral program! For each family member, friend, or co-worker that you refer to our office you will receive entries into our $500 value quarterly raffle!
Past prizes have included: Grills, Flat Screen TVs, Yeti Coolers, Cavs Tickets, Indians Tickets, Cedar Point Passes, and a weekend at Kalahari!

Ask a staff member what this quarters raffle is to receive a FREE entry! In addition to our Quarterly Grand Prize Raffle, EVERY patient that refers a family member, friend or co-worker to our office as a new patient will receive a $25 Target Gift Card for their first referral
within the quarter, $50 Amazon Gift Card for their second referral within the quarter, $75 Giant Eagle Gift Card for their third referral within the quarter, and a $100 Walmart Gift Card for their fourth referral within the quarter. Thank you for caring enough to share!
